Miles Chennells

Miles is a practising attorney and a specialist in employment and labour law.

He is a Part-time Commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and serves on the Tokiso panel of mediators and arbitrators.

Miles completed his articles of clerkship at Chennells Albertyn and then worked as an attorney at the firm. Thereafter, he worked as a consultant at Maserumule Corporate Employment Law.

Miles has a special professional interest and expertise in sports law. And he provides services in this area, particularly in respect of employment-related and contractual matters, dispute resolution, collective bargaining, and commercial rights and sponsorship.

PGDip in Labour Law Practice, cum laude – Nelson Mandela University

Commercial and Workplace Mediation Training Course – University of Cape Town Law@Work

Executive Programme in Sport Management – Nelson Mandela University in conjunction with the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) and the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA)

The European Sponsorship Association (ESA) Diploma in sponsorship and sports marketing ('Dip ESA')
